A line of handmade, luminous, crystal shape and clear art works from IVEE's design team and guided by our audience . For collectors, it's important to note that once a particular edition has sold out, it will never return in its original form. Certificates of Authenticity, unique to each product, are printed with the total number of products made (usually 100 or 200 per edition). This ensures exclusivity and protects the value of your investment for years to come.

Christmas 2022 Shipping Information
Although we usually have an international delivery time around 7-10 days, we are now fast approaching the festive season and all the shipping issues that can bring, as the world's postal carriers start to get inundated with more and more work.
To put it simply, any orders made after November 31th on IVEE may be caught up in the global delivery slowdown and there is a chance that the usual 10-20 days mentioned earlier could end up being a lot longer.
Meaning that the longer you wait to place your order, the more chance there is of an item not arriving in time for Christmas.
Please be aware of this when placing your order.
Shipping and Tracking
We offer FREE shipping most locations in the world on orders over $25 USD on select products.
Delivery time depends on global events, delivery location, and time of year, with 3 weeks being typical and some situations requiring 2~4weeks once shipped.
Once you place the order .There will be a 'Track Order' button directly on your shipping confirmation email. Whenever you're curious and want to see where your order is, head back to the shipping confirmation email.

Worried that your order was lost in transit? If your order isn't showing up through the tracking link, your tracking number may update to advise of delayed delivery date.
Please give the tracking number time to update. If your item still hasn't been delivered within 30 days, please contact us immediately so we can solve the issue.

Production time for Custom Made items is 7 - 10 business days.
All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 using USPS. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
International shipping time is 10 -20 business days.
This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss. We’ve found that the best international shipping method is FEDEX. Please contact us if you’d like to make any changes to your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.
Refund policy
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
